1.The Hotel «Britanika» works 24 hours a day.
2.The check- in may be possible only after presenting passport (on the basis of paragraph 8 of the Provision "the Provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" dated 25.04.1997), filling the questionnaire for each guest and full payment of room price.
3.Check-in time 14:00 p.m. check-out – 12:00 p.m.( Local time). For staying less than 24 hours the payment is charged per day. In case of delay of departure fee will be charged in the following order:
- less than 6 hours after a check-out time-hourly payment;
- from 6 to 12 hours after check-out time - a payment for half a day;
- from 12 to 24 hours after check-out time-a payment a full day.
4. The price include: accommodation in the room according to the category paid:
- parking for the Guests of the hotel
- a light "continental" Breakfast in the hotel
- free visit to the hotel's swimming pool at the morning
- visitors are allowed from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
5. If the visitor stays in the room after 11:00 p.m. an additional free will be charged.
6. Additional services and facilities are also available for the guests. The receptionist will provide information about the list and cost of such services.
7. Guest must :
- follow the established hotel policies and the payment procedure for the services provided
- keep cleanliness and order in the rooms and on the territory of the hotel
- follow the rules of fire and electrical safety
- when you leave the room, close the water supply taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV and other electrical appliances
- timely and fully pay provided by the contractor additional services
- make a full payment for the services provided before leaving the hotel
- compensate the loss or damage of the hotel property
8. It is forbidden to:
- keep flammable materials, weapons;
- smoke in the room;
- keep animals in the room
- disturb other guests.
9.The hotel is not responsible for the valuable things left in the room. Safe deposit boxes for your valuables are available
10.Before leaving the hotel the guest must notify the administrator in advance, pay the hotel biil and return the the key.
11.In cases inapplicable to these policies, the Guest and the Hotel are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
